What is your design commission process?

Commissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once I receive your brief, I will provide a pricing quote, timeline, and payment details.

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project.

I offer up to five revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Any additional revisions will incur an extra charge.

What is the turnaround time for commissions?

Commissions typically take approximately 5–6 working days to complete; however, the timeline may vary depending on the speed of feedback and the number of revisions required.

I begin all projects on Mondays. If you have a tight deadline, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

What is the licensing for the designs?

Once you purchase an artwork, you will receive full rights to use it for both personal and commercial purposes. Pre-made designs are sold exclusively to a single buyer.

However, I retain the right to showcase the design in my portfolio, including on social media, my website, and other platforms, both online and offline. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I get the fonts used in your designs?

Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide the font files, as they belong to their respective creators and are subject to licensing restrictions.

However, I’m happy to assist with any text edits you may need. Final files will be delivered as expanded vectors, meaning the text will no longer be editable.

If you’d like to use the same fonts, I can provide a link where you can purchase the appropriate license directly.

What is the policy for pre-made designs?

Your Pre-made orders are typically delivered within 24 hours via email, depending on any requested adjustments to the design.

How can I make a payment?

What software do you use to create your designs?

Your heading text goes I use Procreate for sketching, Adobe Fresco for inking and coloring, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for finalizing the designs.
